So I was right it is a problem was pretty weird to have the same problem on 10 channels at the same time.

hello noi there is nothing on firefox i just tried this morning and the tag tool is not there.. we are paying for this service and we dont have the taga tool in any browser ... and i dont wht tubebuddy every month is charging earlier than the date that is supposed to be ... my paying date is on the 27 of each month and tubebuddy is charging on the 19 or the 18 of each month,,, IT WOULD BE NICE THAT WE HAVE THAT TOOL SINCE WE ARE PAYING FOR THE SERVICE.. THANK YOU.

Here's what I find interesting. I purchased TubeBuddy mainly because of "tags" and some other things, keep in mind. Now I see this:

"Tags
Tags can be useful if content in your video is commonly misspelled. Otherwise, tags play a minimal role in helping viewers find your video..."

Can anyone explain why tags now suddenly play a "minimal" role when the big hype for this software was geared towards helping people with tags?

Tags aren't 'minimal,' so much as there is more emphasis and value put on the keywords found in the beginning of the title and description (and in what you are heard saying in the video). But they are relevent. Now one of the things that I find most valuable about Tubebuddy is that regardless of whether the tags are relevent keywords are extremely important. Having them in your tags allows Tubebuddy to show you where you rank for those keywords. So while the tag section itself may not be as valuable as it once was it is still the source for Tubebuddy to be able to tell you how well you are performing for keywords.

my tag tool not working neither is seo studio, it just hangs when i try to save.

Yeah there was a YouTube update. TubeBuddy fixed the issue caused by the update, but it takes the browser extensions 24-48 hours to get approved.

If Chrome, try a reboot or go in to task manager and kill the Chrome processes. Restarting Chrome doesn't really restart it because of the way it uses background processes.

Still not working for me, and I'm on the latest version. I've deleted and reinstalled the extension, restarted Chrome, shut down processes and restarted Chrome... nothing works.
