I think like a lot of people I wish I had started sooner. As for mean comments I used to worry about them, but at the end of the day they are engagement I suppose so I leave them be and don't think too much about them.

There's an effect that has a cool name, which I forgot, but when you basically tell people not to do something because it annoys you, it will trigger them to do it even more. Reacting to those comments in a video will likely trigger more people to write mean comments.

Yeah true, it may attract more trolls, but other creators, big and small, turn the negativity into views, but as you say, it could trigger more mean comments, but what then happens is that those are collected and turned into a series, meaning more views, I was just focusing on turning something bad into something good, nothing more.
