What a great thread! I am being really ambitious and going for 50k Subscribers! Right now my channelΓÇÿs current growth does not support that, but there are some big things I will be working on this year which I hope will get me there

My goal for 2020 is to surpass 500 subscribers (but 1,000 would be fabulous!).
I think you can do it! Just keep focusing on creating content for your ideal audience! Who is your audience you're creating for?

My milestones for 2020 are to get more views and watch time and hopefully be monetized by the end of the year if not sooner
Numbers, numbers, numbers.. My goal is to get better at making videos in general. Particularly be better at speaking on camera and storytelling, and have a higher average percentage viewed. In numbers - 70-50% for 8-15 minutes long video would be an accomplishment for me.
