I don't understand. I can't get both windows to stay open for a screenshot on my comp, as per previous examples....
The original posts' first example is the TB mobile app open on forums, is that not what that pic is? I mean it's what I'm using rn?

This is what is expected. If you can't get both the windows to open at a same time, that's fine, do it separately, but this is exactly what we need.

You need to take screenshot of the TubeBuddy Extension which shows us what license you're using and take the screenshot of the forum profile. If you're doing it on mobile, enable desktop only view from the browser settings or preferably, do it from PC or Laptop or Desktop, that will be easy for you.
