I couldn't figure out how to access TubeBuddy unless I'm in YouTube, so I took a screenshot of my TubeBuddy drop-down and pasted it onto a screenshot of my Forum home page. Hopefully that will be what you need!

You have your User badge... now you will need to make 20 posts in order to unlock access to that section.
