Can you share the screenshot anyway? I was using windows 8 and am still using Chrome, didn't face any issues back then nor now, so If you can share the screen, I can get it check.

Well, I see no issue with the screenshot, however, you now need to provide the screenshot of the TubeBuddy extension which shows the license you have with us, so we can verify and assign you the badge.
