Editing Software Tool for Première Pro

Hello,

Is there an tool or plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro that analyse my 13 minutes GoPro video and make a highlights video of it to upload on my socials?

I want to know how I can be more efficient and save some time in editing. Especially when I have a lot of videos waiting to get edited by me.

Hi Dutch it's been long time since I been in here is this group still active?
I've posted for help not sure if people see my posts as says error at bottom. I just got tubebuddy pro version to trying to do tags better is it any good?
Any help much appreciated
