Self review: We are a storytelling channel that strives to ignite wonder and curiosity. WeΓÇÖve worked really hard to deliver high quality content (we spend about a week on each video- the research part is really intense). The comments we get on our videos are very positive. We use TubeBuddy and really embrace their tools (keyword research, SEO tools and analytics as well). We recently updated all of our thumbnails as well. However, we seem to have come to a stalling point. We have almost 7,000 subscribers, yet are only getting about 200 impressions in the first 3 days. We just released a new 22 minute video that has an 8% ctr and 50% view duration, 70% at 30 seconds. So, IΓÇÖd love input! What can we do to continue to grow?

Hello,

i'm not an expert myselt but the first thing that comes to mind when I look at your channel is your title/thumbnails. I would recommend Mr. Beastifying them (copying mr beast's style) for some videos and seeing how that affects your impression count.

I tried multiple times from multiple numbers for phone verification on youtube and I couldn't get any code.without verification I could'nt add thumbnail.What should I do now?

The thumbnail I would say is your key too. Try less words and making it more intriguing? You can easily change the thumbnail in Studio, then just upload the new one. I use Adobe its free and has some great features.

Use a different typeface (preferably san serif). Impact, roboto would be a great choice for both channel logo/thumbnail text.
