Title of thread: A STRUGGLING YOUTUBER NEEDS HELP
Self review: It has been almost 3 years I make videos and see a VERY slow grow. My videos are good, my average retention hate is 35%+ and on this video it's 47%! The click through rate is 6.4% (is it too low?) Can you please tell me what I need to do differently? How can I switch the algorithm to be on my side? What do I change? Editing style? Thumbnails? The length of the videos? ANYTHING would be appreciated

Hey love your channel! I see you're making a lot of effort, and also notice you may speak another language? with all the technology out right now maybe try grabbing a wider audience? I saw your intro video in English, just an idea! Im thinking about doing that myself to reach wider audiences.
