Answered Videolytics of Tubebuddy Not working!

Hey guys , so i've been a tubebuddy user for almost an year!
For some reason my Tubebuddy is not showing Videolytics ( tags,tubebuddy score,etc on right side of video when its playing)
My Browser is Opera
I've tried :
1) reinstalling tubebuddy extension on opera
2) clearing all data from opera
3) re logging in both youtube and tubebuddy
4) Same thing happens with chrome ( It doesnt show videolytics at all! )
5) My tubebuddy is grayed out!

As you said you have done almost everything which we recommend our users and it didn't work out, please make a support ticket at https://tubebuddy.com/support so that our team can look into this and get this sorted out for you, please note that you won't get a reply from our team right away, please give 24-48 working hours
