Personally I think about 1 or 2 a week. It bores me when people just thrash loads of content out for the sake of putting content out. I'd rather wait for a video that has taken more time and show mores production value, it also gives the viewer something to look forward to if they enjoy your content.

Theres no hard or fast rule. We post 4 times a week because we have a lot of content. But Some people post once or twice a week
