I have OBS but it seemed to be a resource hog. But I will go look at it again simply using it as a screen recorder.

What do you see that I don't? From what I can see Flashback Pro 5 offers a "free trial" but it costs $49 for a license.

I have been using a Vmaker screen recorder for my meetings and screen recording. it allows recording both webcam and screen simultaneously.
