Thumbnail Feedback Which of these art video thumbnails is the best style?

I'm trying to figure out how to make better thumbnails so get more people watch my art videos! Any help/opinion is appreciated

A) My old style, had sketch and then finished one fully next to it, no text.

B) Close-up of finished work, no text.

C) Close-up of finished art, with desperate attempt to add some text to it.

D) Something including a hand with pen on it, sometimes with a sketch, sometimes with text/logo.

I like both A and D. I was thinking maybe a combination of both with the hand on the finished picture.

I like C the best, but I really want to see that hand in the thumbnail bc that lets me know you/someone sketched it. The graphics are so good that I don't think I would automatically assume it's your art.
