I've made a 2 minute video about Tubebuddy, but why can't I redeem it
a notification appears "Sorry but you already requested an upgrade for post a sponsored video", can anyone help me?
even though I have never redeemed it

You'll need to contact support@tubebuddy.com with the video link. Then they'll be able to provide you with the free trial
