YouTube Help subscriber alert issue

previous 20 days i havent received subscribers alert during live stream. only receive super chat and stream share on facebook alert.. anyone can help me? i have complained youtube but it doesn't work.

Sounds like you're using streamlabs or something like that. I've heard streamers on twitch constantly complain about their streamlabs notifications not working so i think it's pretty "normal"

Might pay to make sure whatever software you use is up to date though.
