Question Is there an issue with the app?

Hi

For the last couple of days the app does not seem to show my view counts going up, either (in yellow highlight) or numbers.

However, logging into the Youtube dashboard it clearly shows they have risen.

Are there any issues with the app I should know about?

This could be leftover from an issue YouTube seemed to have yesterday with view counts. Did you try completely exiting/killing the app and reopening it so it can reconnect to YouTube? Yesterday I couldn't pull CTR data because YouTube was (seemingly) having a data issue.
