I have started using tag research tool, and facing some issues. Like i can see some speed meters, good, bad etc notifications. How i should read them and use the keywords?

Tags are mostly obtained from the description and the title you give to your video. TubeBuddy often searches for trending keywords and present the relevant one on your video.
