In general? No. But making it private will take that number of views and view hours out of your count.

unlisted videos won't affect your views and watch hours unless you are making an already published video back. So be careful in what you doing with published videos.

I personally don't unless the video performs so horribly that it kinda stands out and I've only done that with 3 videos out of 180+ videos. I have heard some people have deleted videos if it doesn't perform x well in x time, but I personally wouldn't touch that without knowing full well what I'm doing.

There are a lot of factors here. It could if your channel is suffering in terms of finding a real identity or topic and these videos might fill in that gap.
