I created a taglist on the Tubebuddy app for Android but after searching all over the app as well as the Youtube Studio app I don't see how to actually add the tags in the list into an uploaded video. What are the steps to do this? Can it even be done on a mobile device?

You copy the tags to your clip board, and add them into the YT studio app, or through the videos page on the TB app
