If you're a visual artist, or indeed ANYONE who uses multiple photographic references for any purposes, there's a program I just discovered recently thanks to artist ERGOJOSH called PureRef. it's free and you can move over dozens and dozens of photos onto a reference board, you can quickly zoom out to see your whole reference board, zoom right into pixel level, move your images around of the reference board, re-size the reference board to take only a small portion of your screen or go full screen, and you can pin it to the top. Great little program, highly recommended.
