Supposedly that would come under "duplicate content" I don't think I've ever heard of anyone actually having a video deleted or a strike placed, but supposedly it's against terms of service.

I do have some VERY old videos on another channel that is public, and I've uploaded it (I think I have anyway? it's not public though) on my channel because I'm deciding what to do with it.
There's a music video I made for someone else on their channel that I'm hosting unlisted on my channel and so far haven't got into trouble for it.

YouTube have copyright matching tools so if the footage is the same, technically they will let you know that it's duplicate content, and technically they can warn you for it, but I haven't seen that implemented, doesn't mean it won't be.

Your safest option though is to just keep the video on the one channel.
