Nope, dude. You must have to change a little bit of editing that would really differ from the original. That's one way of uploading videos easier than the usual stuff. Your creativity must be applied.I know that it can be done....but why? You can do a reaction video....ok, but there are better ways to do so. By just uploading a badly capture from another yt video...you just do not create your own content. You just want to have some of the clicks maybe the original video gets. For me...that would be a strike.
