Hello and welcome! I would suggest avoiding a CTA (call-to-action) like you have in your header here... asking people to subscribe to your youtube channel before they even know who you are or what you do is a bit foolhearty.

One of the wonderful things about this community is that we are all hear to learn and grow our channels with educated and data-driven results. If you want to gain ten subscribers feel free; go hit up forums asking for subs. You can get ten that way. But by following the methods that we use here you are on the path to gaining hundreds or thousands of subscribers.

But there is no trick. It will take time and work. And you will need to shed the desire to include 'please subscribe to me' rhetoric in favor of focusing on making good content.
