Answered youtube channel and Tubebuddy are not talking

I am trying to have my writter sign into my tubebuddy account. She signed into my youtube channel and my tubebuddy account yet kept getting a message that the tubebuddy signin was required yet she was signed in to all of the accounts. I had her uninstall and reinstall the browser extension. Any idea what gives?
