I really only played the originals. So my opinion is biased. But I thought they were great when they came out!

I only ever played 1 and 2. the movies aren't even worth considering, BUT the new games look pretty interesting actually. 7 looks interesting and may be worth getting a console for.

Number 8 is coming out soon as well mate. 7 is one of the scariest games I've ever played though man, very good.

LOL I must have got them mixed up, I know they just announced one for the PS5 so that must have been 8 and that it's 7 that I've seen.
