Click your username at the upper right corner. It will be just left of the "envelope" icon. When the menu opens, click "Account Details".

Under that you will see a blank labeled "youtube:". Enter your channel ID - UCtIF8bBG7BdRAT9NY8kVwxQ. Just enter the part that starts with "U", don't use quotes and don't include the "?subscriber" part.
