YouTube Question Views changing or not updating

I noticed views and subscribers are not updating or changing sufficiently. One moment, I had 171 views and 17 subscribers (last night), and now I have 158 viewers and 18 subscribers.

I can't find what my genuine views are when they change like this. Is this a bug or is it Youtube removing views?
