Thumbnail Feedback i like it in my opinion.

There's a lot going on in this thumbnail and seems a bit overwhelming. I always recommend making sure the image that tells viewers what the content is about should be front and center and the text should compliment it, not overtake it. In this case the text overtakes the image in the background thus making it very noisy and hard to understand and it's even worse when you consider the image often looks as small as the image below on a PC or smartphone. One more point I make for gamers making thumbnails to always include the games logo on the thumbnails.
