The 500 comment max is useless if you have thousands of comments, Why is this not unlimited especially if you are paying for the Legend tier.

YouTube limits how much we can pull... It's not a thing that we want to do, it's a limitation set up that's out of our control. We are partners with YouTube so play by their rules.
