Points as @kitchen c/o ammama said are trophies. REaction score is total'd by all the reactions you've recieved on the forums. The messages are used in our title ladder which can help you earn points.

These two are Completely different and no need to really think about them.

Points = Trophies; Check out the below link. It should show you all the trophies list and how much you have received. Each Trophy has one point.

Reaction Score ( Don't know how it is calculated ) but it is related to the reaction you receive and give.
eg: Like, love, haha, wow, sad, angry.
