Hello

Your first video usually gets a lot of views from friends and so on. You can go into the analytics and see where the views came from.

I'm just giving you a quick list of things you can improve on. You should discuss them in detail elsewhere. Feel free to post in the other sections.

  1. Your channel banner is okay for a gaming channel. You might want to add more information though. What are you doing? When do you upload? What makes you unique?
  2. Describe your channel in the about section and add channel tags. This makes it easier for people to find your channel.
  3. Your titles aren't optimized for SEO. You start them with Fortnite, which is your keyword, but there's so much competition you need to find a more specific keyword on which you actually can rank. Your SEO in general seems to need some help. Browse the forums a bit, read a few articles and maybe watch the TubeBuddy YT channel or any other YT SEO channel.
  4. Your thumbnails don't stand out. If your video is shown on YouTube it will be next dozens of other thumbnails. A simple screenshot of the gameplay doesn't do the job.
This should get you started on your YT journey. Building a channel also takes time, you won't get very far with just 3 videos. Just keep doing and, very important, keep improving your videos and SEO. YouTube is a highly competitive platform, you need to learn as much as you can! Good luck!

Thank u for your feed back if u had my channel what would u change give me some ideas to think bout

I already told you a few things I would change. I'm not writing novels about how to improve your channel here. For that, you want to take a look at the feedback section.

First, I would work on compelling thumbnails and titles, also caring about SEO. You want to be found via the google search and then to get clicks.

But perhaps what is most important is making good content. First, you want a value proposition or a concept, or idea for your channel. Something that makes you unique. I use the slogan 'trying bad ideas in video games' on my channel, which makes my channel quite different from most other gaming channels. Have an idea that's making it worth subscribing to your channel

And just focus on making good videos. If you make good content it's just a matter of time until people find your channel. I edit my videos a lot, and I've put a lot of work into each video. So now when people find my channel they are more likely to subscribe and watch my other videos. Just ask family and friends for feedback. What are the channels they watch? Why do they watch them?

There are already many good articles and posts written about this, just browse the forum and I'm sure you'll learn a lot. Inform yourself, learn new stuff, and then ask for feedback, then repeat the cycle.

Here are a couple of good posts you might want to read:

That's just the tip of the iceberg. Just browse the forum, read what interests you, and then ask questions regarding these topics.
