May I just ask. I am so jealous to some that only have more than just a thousand or even below my subs count and has already activated their Youtube story. How am I gonna activate this or is it really for those who have 10k and above?

I believe it is a requirement of 10k and over.

Stories are only for those with over 10k but with any luck that will change in the future.
Memberships is pretty much unlocked to whoever YouTube feels like giving it to. Used to be for channels over 30k, but I've seen channels with under 2k get it. So basically, just wait it out.

Yea they're for 10K accounts and over. I have two channels, One above 10K, one below, and I have story on one but don't on the other.
