Thumbnail Feedback What type of thumbnail I have to create?

I make movie explanation videos. So what type of thumbnail I should create for it. Currently I create like this.

Not a bad thumbnail. I'd personally move the face a little more to the right because it bothers me that the text is slightly overlapping them, and I'd align the text vertically to the middle, but it's overal a good clean clear thumbnail.
