Not everyone has that option. Ideally yes, but not everyone has access to a laptop/PC

As mentioned below, KineMaster is good but I'm personally using Movavi, and I use it on both, mobile and PC. If you ever tried Imovie and u liked it, than Movavi is definitely for u. It's the best alternative to it- easy and comfy. In case you'll need - https://www.movavi.com/

I think Cyberlink PowerDirector is the best option for android >_< It is the Editor's Choice in Google Play, and its number of features really attract many people to use. With its cheap subscription, you can edit the videos very quickly.
I will recommend PowerDirector for Android. Not many other good options for Android.
