YouTube Question How to get a brand name on the channel?

Hi,
I just started my channel on YouTube in April and I had a question about those vanity channel names you can have in your URL. How can I get one of those or when do you get one of those?

Currently its a long string beginning with "UC-"... and I'd like to personalize the URL to easily send it out to folk.

Are you talking about the custom URL? You should be qualified for it since you have over 100 subs
