Need Advice Increase subscribers on vlog

I only have 9 subscribers. How can I increase subscribers and view times?
How can i make good thumbnail? What program to use?

Your video production is very good. Niche down and start doing some tutorials that are very well search engine optimized.

You've only started three weeks ago and have three videos. There isn't enough content there yet for people to discover and potentially sub to your channel. Keep on creating videos and also listen to what @Damon says

Also for thumbnails, I use Photoshop personally, but if you don't have money for the monthly subscription, I'd recommend GIMP.

Just keep making interesting content and choose topics that are well searchable. When you begin from scratch, youtube search may be really helpful for getting more views and subs

Like others stated, it is great to vlog, but find a way to make your vlogs searchable. Do your research on this forum and through the Tubebuddy channel about the different tools it offers and how it could benefit you.
