Here is a vegetarian meal |Spaghetti Bolognese that paired along with other meals throughout the week, eating a serving size, and doing a little daily exercise will help you lose weight fast and in a healthy way. I am not a Vegetarian, and I am not on a special diet. I choose to count calories everyday. Counting calories and taking an hour walk or bike ride helped me lose 45+ lbs. You can take it a little further or scale it back a little to suit your weight loss journey goals. Mine are at about 1.5 to 2 lbs a week loss.
