It definitely comes with consistency and niching down. I suggest you watch Derral eve's current content, he's explaining all about the snowball effect from regular consistent posting. One of my friends is seeing lots of traction now. Took him a year, but the snowball effect has started after that year. It's about patience and perserverance. It's not going to necessarily happen in a month, it might take 12 months.. I'd be planning for a 3-5 year strategy. This is a journey, not just about views and subs but it all will come organically.
