The way I do it is: I share with my Facebook friends who are interested in growing on YouTube and also use Facebook ads if you can. It'll help you target an even larger interested audience.
And the last thing, make a TubeBuddy review video on YouTube and post your link in the description.

If someone else don't have a facebook page how he can promote his channel no Facebook ?
The best way to promote any affiliate link is to talk about it. Put it in the description, make content about it, share it on social media. Just remember to disclose that it is an affiliate link.
