Channel Milestone Milestone feature NOT working on desktop but WORKS on mobile

Dear TubeBuddy,

I HOPE I am placing this in the RIGHT section. Anyway I have a strange problem. My milestone feature works just fine on my mobile device but on my laptop ALL my milestones say -1 I have NEVER had this happen before. Also it is IMPOSSIBLE to have - 1 in ANYTHING furthermore it does NOT indicate HOW MANY views, subs or uploads to NEXT milestone..thanks for any help.

THANKS for your quick reply. I should have done a few things first, UGH. Anyway I cleared my browser cache and cookies and ALL is working fine now. SORRY about that.
