YouTube Help Need some advices

Hello,
I'm a new youtuber and i make funny videos like epic fails videos xD I want to grow my channel subscribers and views but i think i'm doing something wrong.
I share my videos on my channel facebook page and to some facebook groups ( comedy groups ) but nothing change on my youtube channel.
On facebook i have many feedbacks/ likes /interactions with my posts but the number of subscribers does not change.

Any advices for me to promote my channel better? I don't want fake subscribers only for a fake number ...
