YouTube Help Need help

I cannot find how to display the highlighted bar for my brothers channel. I started after him and did as he showed me but my bar shows his doesnΓÇÖt. I hope I m making sense. I donΓÇÖt even know wat it is called

This is called the navigation menu when you visit your channel click on the settings option which I have highlighted in the Image below and then click on customise the layout of the channel and then press save, again highlighted below. Then the navigation menu should appear!! I hope this helps
