Title of thread: After advice about my channel
Self review: I have a lot of editing to do for my channel after only installing tubebuddy. Probably 10-20 videos are optimised but I need to do another 160. I am experimenting with thumbnails so please tell me what styles you prefer. I am getting the subscribers but not the watch time. Please be honest and let me know what I need to change.

I think a good start would be your titles of your videos.
Also with your thumbnails i feel like they should be consistent as they are but you could change some things on them like for example the fortnite character on the thumbnails can be changed to another or even the colours used could be changed to make them pop a bit more, plus try not to put too much into the thumbnails or atleast put too much in one area and more so space everything out to make it clear to your viewers. overall it looks like you are uploading/streaming frequently which is awesome but just really focus on the content you are creating for your viewers!

Thank you for your feedback it's much appreciated. As I said above I am still experimenting with my thumbnails, but this is something I will definately consider. Regards

Hi,

The blue color in your thumbnails can be in bigger size. I have a good vision, but because of the SIZE and the COLOR, it's little bit hard to read them. Hope this helps.

I would advice to keep the thumbnails simple that's what I have found during my quest for thumbnail tips.

Same as above..
Work on the thumbnails.
Maybe just rotate the background colour and maybe use different character..?

You've got a pretty high subscriber count compared to video views so try mix it up..

Hey little buddy.
I reviewed 5 different videos on your channel and I have some honest feedback for you.
Your videos look good you are getting a nice recording of the games you are playing and you are doing good in the game. The problem with your view time is the audio.
I can barely hear what you are saying and there is a lot of interference in your audio recording. You need to invest just a few dollars into a way to record your voice and then some editing software that can combine your video feed and your recorded audio.
Also, work on being entertaining by being animated while you play the games. All the big game channels the people playing the game are loud and shouting and saying crazy or silly stuff while also being informative about the games. They never stop talking. And usually they have a small video in the corner of them while they are playing the game and the game is the other 90% of the screen. But I think you won't need the split video as long as you can clean up the audio

Im new to making content. One piece of advice I have is changing up your thumbnails. They all look like the same video. Space your lettering but the character looks great. Switch it around every video. Change colors, themes, maybe take a good screen shot of your gameplay and work on that. They need to be different from each other but alike enough to know it is your channel the thumbnail is for, so people can know to go straight for yours. You can probably do that with consistant style of lettering if that makes sense. From what I understand getting someone to click is half the battle. Make your thumbnail stand out. Go and look at other thumbnails in your niche and make yours better. I use picsart on mobile. Works great, Good Luck
