YouTube Question Usually how did you proceed your Youtube collaboration?

My channel is mainly abount NBA mixes and highlights compilation.
One day, a famous NBA Youtuber find me and discuss about collaboration
I was shocked! I had never dreamt of such a day!
Suddenly I do not know how to do and how to proceed the collaboration...
How will you guys do if you were me? or Any past experience you have?

What do you mean by proceed the collaboration? It might be useful to tell us where you are up to as part of the collaboration, do you mean you have only just been asked about it or have you done a video and want to improve the relationship etc? What are you unsure of specifically?
