Answered On a PRO license but my Tubebuddy app only registers a Starter license

Hello, this is my first post on this forum. I was hoping to get some help with this issue.

Last week or so I purchased the PRO license. But today I wanted to do some keyword research and the app still indicates that I have a starter license. I however can sign in into my account and there I am recognized as pro...

This problem limits me in doing weighted keyword research.

Any ideas?

I think I figured it out. The Pro license is attached to only one account. I was signed in on the other account. So, problem solved!
