Other Milestone Hi all! tracking to 1800 subs

Hi all,

I feel I am doing ok for my channel (Doobrey's day), as I have almost 1800 subs and heading for 500k views.

The thing I am thinking about is ratio. People clearly like my videos, I am getting between 20k and 30k a views a month, but people are not signing up? Any idea what I am doing wrong, or is this ratio about right?

I'm getting around 40.000 views a month, and getting around 30 subscribers a month
looks like you are around 30.000 views a month, and getting around 100 subscribers a month
so from my perspective you're doing good
