YouTube Question Help! "Add Section" Button is Missing From My Channel Page. "Customize Layout of your channel" Option (Has Been Selected). No "Add Section" Button.

Dear YouTube Community,

Help! The "Add Section" Button is Missing From My Channel Page. I have already selected the "Customize Layout of your channel" Option. However, I still do not see the "Add Section" Button at the bottom of my YouTube Channel page. I'm trying to organize my videos & playlists into organized rows on my YouTube channel page.

Please advise.
