Years ago I recall being able to promote any video of yours through youtube. You would pay so much and for every click or however many times it was seen you would then pay based on your budget. Now I can't seem to locate that section aside from create a google ad which doesn't seem to allow you to promote any video but more or less a commercial you create on youtube that has to be approved. Does anyone know if this still exists or what is going on? I really would like the ability to promote my videos through youtube once again.
