Affiliate Question My affiliate dashboard is not updating my sale

Hi, can anyone help me?
I made a sale (yearly legend) to a friend on 6 march, I am very sure that he used my affiliate link because I assisted him through team viewer.
My dashboard didn't refresh from that day!
I made an email to support@tubebuddy.com on 9 march but I didn't recieve an answer.
Someone here knows the problem? Thank you!

Alright, awesome! We also do have our terms page which says this:

Payment Schedule
As long as your current affiliate earning are over $10, you'll be paid on the 1st of each month. If you haven't earned $10 since your last payment, we'll pay you on the 1st of the following month after you've crossed the threshold. Payments are only made via PayPal.
Please Note: Commissions are paid after the license has been active for more than 30 days. For example, if someone you refer purchases a paid license on Feb 10th, that referral becomes "active" on March 10th and you will be paid on the next payment day (April 1st).
