Very tough but on the behalf of my youtube channel experience I suggest you do these simple steps and must know about your audience
1. Use unique/attractive title or thumbnail.
2. Research relevant keywords and Optimize your video with title and video tags.
3. Use TubeBuddy for video optimization
4. Use cards, end screens, make playlists, use relevant three hashtags in the description.
5. Comment and share other relevant videos.
6. Share your video on the social media platform
